Residents who reside within the Mocksville corporate limits have town water and sewer service. Please call the Mocksville Town Hall at 336-751-2259 to sign up for new service. There is a $150.00 deposit for all renters that is refundable when you move or may be transferred to your new residence if it is on the Town's water system.

For new connections there is an $1150 connection fee for water and an $1150 connection fee for sewer. These fees apply to a ¾" water meter connection and a 4" sewer connection. For the fees of larger meter connections please contact the Town Hall.

The Town of Mocksville bi-monthly water and sewer rates are as follows.

Water & sewer bills are sent out every other month and are due on or near the 20th of the following month. After hours payments may be placed in the deposit box at the front door of the Town Hall and will be received the next business day. If the bill is not paid on or before the 20th of the month, a $15 fee is added on the 21st. The Town of Mocksville can turn water off for non-payment any time after the 27th of the month. Usually, cut-off day is on the 3rd of the month following the due date. Please read your second notice for the exact cut-off date. The following is a schedule of months that your bill will be due:

February 20
April 20
June 20
August 20
October 20
December 20

If your water is turned off you can restore your service by coming to the Town Hall and paying your bill and the reconnect fee of $35 during working hours (8am - 5pm weekdays) and $60 after working hours (after 5pm weekdays and weekends).

All returned checks require a fee of $25.

Automated Payments
Paying your water bill has gotten even easier with the Town's new Automated Payment Option. Now you can have your bill deducted from the checking or savings account of your choice.

The Automated Payment Option makes paying your bi-monthly bill easy and convenient. And, you will never have to worry about making your payment when you are traveling or away from home.

You can enroll in the program by stopping by Town Hall and completing an application, or by printing the online application and mailing the completed form to the Town of Mocksville. A voided check or deposit slip must accompany the application.
